La French Nail Bar

One of the best shellac manicures I have had. I was first told I would have to wait a few days for an appointment but then was messaged later the same day with them having an availability! They have heaps of colours to choose from and the girl took her time and made sure it was all perfect! Couldn't be happier :)

Only a small team of manicurists work at this shop so they are busy and an appointment is likely necessary. I had a very basic men's pedicure, it was done with professionalism and accuracy. I'm not a very proficient Italian language speaker so there wasn't a lot of conversation but I felt very comfortable and taken care of. The shop is very clean and all the instruments were clean and properly disinfected. I tried to book an ad-on men's manicure but they were too busy to accommodate me. I'd definitely go back when I'm in Bari. Highly recommended.

La French Nail Bar was terrible. I'm visiting from the UK and wanted some work done on my feet. Over the last 6 months I have had monthly visits to various Nail bars, so my feet are in pretty good shape. I found the lady who did my feet was rushing and badly trained. The equipment looked unwashed and the room was tired looking. I asked for some water and expected an unopened bottle they brought me a cup half filled with tap water. I originally asked for a foot treatment and foot massage after experiencing the first part of the treatment I cancelled the massage. When the lady finished I was expecting some oil or cream to finish off my treatment she seemed put out when I asked her to apply some. Really disappointed with the service my feet feel worse than when I went in. Not done review lightly...

Manicure was a bit messy and not painted all the way to the top so it already looked grown out.

Esperienza pessima, personale sempre scortese Sconsiglio vivamente questo centro estetico. Oltre a non avere alcuna flessibilita nella gestione degli appuntamenti, il personale e sempre sgarbato e maleducato. Anche quando si ha un motivo serio e reale per annullare, e per giunta la prima volta che annulli un appuntamento con poco preavviso, ti trattano con sufficienza e arroganza, come se stessi facendo loro un torto personale. Mi e stato detto in modo brusco di "cercare un altro centro" solo per aver disdetto un appuntamento. Ma il problema piu grave e che questa non e stata un'eccezione: ogni volta che ho avuto a che fare con loro, ho ricevuto risposte fredde, scocciate e zero gentilezza. Nessun rispetto per il cliente. Ci sono tanti altri centri, molto piu professionali e soprattutto educati. Evitatelo.
