Over the last 10 years travelling all over the world and living in New York City, I never find the right hair style for me. That, until I went to MASAMI where the knowledge, professionalism and kindness of Arturo, Gaia and their team gave me a fresh and super cool look which is appropriate for my hair type and face. I recommend anyone in Bari to go and visit them! I will every time I am there. Arigato' MASAMI !

Was able to make appointments for my husband and myself via WhatsApp. We have been traveling for three months and our hair looked like it! Carmen was able to color, cut, treat the dried ends, and style. Top job!! Google translate was able to help us cross the communication barrier. Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience! From the service provided by the salon's administrator, Ekaterina, who kindly helped me open the salon doors upon my arrival, as I had a lot of bags with me, to assisting with translating my hairstyle preferences to the stylist. And the hairstylist Gianni himself was exceptional, precisely replicating the hairstyle from the picture and being very attentive. Thank you! I would also like to mention that I made an appointment to the salon through WhatsApp, where I inquired about the approximate cost of my request in advance. I was very pleased when the exact same price I had expected was presented during the payment at the salon.

I NEVER write reviews but this salon was worth it. First off, it's very difficult to find a good hairdresser that understands curly hair BUT Arturo knows exactly what to do! I searched for months trying to find the right stylist and honestly went by previous reviews. Thank goodness because all the referrals were right! My first visit was for a trim with Arturo and my second visit was for root coloring and toning by Mika. Both services were done perfectly! If you're thinking about getting your hair done here, I TOTALLY suggest it. The entire staff is great.

I am super happy with my new haircut! Gianni did a great job in explaining me my hair type and how to treat them to keep them nice and curly. If you are in Bari and need an expert for your curly or wavy hair - Masami is the right place to go!

For all the foreigners: It is a nice and kind place to cut your hair without having doubts of getting robbed or paying more than the locals! I can also highly recommend it to all the ladies who want to make their nails or other things - it looks highly professional.

It was the best haircut I've ever gotten in my life... I'm curly so it's impossible to find a good hair cut...I loved it!
