As a tourist I was extremely skeptical where to go for my hair services especially in an unknown city, but with Lakme you can be sure. Im glad I chose to visit Lakme the staff is so so good. And the artist who did my hair services was at par excellence. Reasonably priced, easily accessible from main town, very beautiful salon and such helping staff. Services 5/5

I absolutely had no ideas Lakme salon would offer such amazing services at affordable prices ! The manager was such a friendly and courteous person and even the rest of the staffs were so polite unlike other beauty salons , I've faced so many rude staffs but here , I loved how kind they are... the stylist who tended my facials , She was so good , her name is Chandra , one of the best staff I would say , I didn't feel uncomfortable around her , she made it feel like at home and gave the service I really wanted ! Such approachable staffs are hard to find at beauty salons these days I'm definitely going back for my second treatment

It's like my prayer has been finally answered. I used to go down to Lakme Salon Dimapur just to get a decent facial or haircut and I am delighted it has opened its branch in Kohima. The service is awesome and the stylists are all professional, you will definitely not regret putting your trust in them to make you look and feel good. The location is in the heart of Kohima city so parking is a problem but one I m willing to overcome just for the service
