Love Lupita at Pro Nails!! She is an amazing nail/art tech and always designs my nails exactly how I want them!! Getting excited for the Lilo & Stitch Movie coming out this month so here's a pic!!

Vinny was amazing and reasonably priced especially after spending almost 2 hours to fix my gel nails. I would highly recommend! I have no idea why only people that are upset leave reviews but it doesn't represent this salon because they were fantastic!!

Horrible nails. Uneven, sloppy, crooked, and overall just ugly. The french tips were air brushed and that definitely made it worse. Hairs stuck in the nails too. They didn't clean up the skin around my nails either. The owner gave me bad vibes. I went back inside to get them fixed but that barely helped. $60 for this. Unbelievable. NEVER coming again and I recommend that you don't either!

No respect of your time. I make appointments based on my work schedule, I come in 5/10 minutes early, but they don't see me on time. Sometimes they change my appointment several times because they are running late or I sit and wait. I'm sick and tired of this. Today I'm supposed to be the stylist first appointment @ 11:30. I came in on time, she already had a customer. It's almost 12 now and I'm still waiting. I need to go elsewhere.

They do the basics and not all of their nail techs get it right. Showed the nail tech a photo. Chose my color for a gel french manicure 'v shape', the person doing my nails cut my real nails so low for no reason and then proceeded to paint my french manicure in the most uneven and sloppy fashion based on the shape that I asked for the person simply could not do it. I wish they would not assign nail techs that cannot do the work even after seeing photos and confirming that they can do the work. If you show them a photo they tell you that they can do it but won't be able to for some reason or another. I won't waste time or money here any longer after the last manicure I'm convinced these people are playing around. Very inconsistent and they cannot do the latest manicure styles and designs despite boing able to say that they can.Terrible.

I will NEVER return to Pro Nails! I've been a customer for SIX years. I was running late for my appointment and arrived 7 minutes late. It obviously was bad on my part arriving late. I take full responsibility and am regretful as I know how busy they get. With that said, Vinnie the owner just discarded me and didn't even offer someone else or even tell me how long I would have to wait, which I would have gladly done as I knew I was in the wrong. Vinnie just told me he gave up my appointment and looked away. NOBODY is perfect. We all make mistakes, just like the huge mistake of being so dismissive of me after SIX years of business he got from me. How about all the times I had to wait 10-15 and sometime 20 mins for my appt bc you guys were late with another client before my appt time. It's ok for me to wait but you can't hold my appt time for 7 mins?!?! I wish them well because I'm a good person but they will NEVER see me or any of my friends that I have referred. Going to Sunshine Nails in Suffern. Had beautiful smiles on their faces as soon as I walked in with my husband to get our mani/pedis.

The quality is mid-tier, and the french tip air brush is terrible. Some nail artists are terrible, but others, like Sandra and Hannah, are really amazing. The overall place is dirty and at times unwelcoming, with the front two people (man and older woman) being rude, but prices make up for it.

Dylan is the best!! I have been seeing him for over a year and he never disappoints! He is so creative and always does any design I ask for! Also the shaping of my nails are perfect and is hard to find! Always leave happy with my nails because of the fun designs! Go see Dylan!! He won't disappoint!
