12/14 - Shows store closes at 7, booked appointment for 6:45, arrived at 6:44 drove around for about 3 minutes until a parking spot opened up. Walked in at 6:47 was told they were closed. Big fat 0 for customer service. Yes I was late - store doesn't close for 13 minutes. I've had plenty of super cuts, my cuts are 7-10 minutes. Big 0 for customer service. 12/15 - Regional manager called to rectify the stores behavior. Rachel was very understanding and advised the policy is that the stylists are to in fact accept even walk-ins up to 1 minute prior to closing. She was very kind and apologized. Happy to see she is on top of her business. Had to change to after the call. Thanks!

Amanda is AWESOME!! My hair came in looking a mess and she knew exactly what to do to fix it! I highly recommend her! Great personality and great skills... A very pleasant experience all around! I will definitely be back again

Worst haircut I've ever had. The barber had zero personality, barely said a word, and just rushed me through like she couldn't be bothered. No attention to detail, no care, no effort. It felt like she just wanted me out of the chair as fast as possible. Definitely won't be coming back.

I love coming to this Supercuts! Liz was super efficient and my haircut came out looking great! -Edit- I wanted to update this because I always have a great experience coming to the Supercuts. All of the staff are friendly, and work with you to get the haircut that you're looking for.

It was okay. She did great with the length .. and okay on the bangs. I don't normally have it blow dried .. but chose to as I was going to an event later on; the top part of my hair was not a great blow-dry, the rest was fine .. it was almost as she had given up. I came home and had to re-blow-dry the top part of my hair.
