I have been going to this location for years now and they are always wonderful! Very accommodating, have lots of availability and charge reasonable prices! I always go to Penelope and she is the best, always love how sweet and patient she is!

Went to European Wax Center in Ramsey for the first time at that location. I had Porzia as my wax specialist. She was excellent. As someone who has been getting waxed for 35 years I am pretty experienced and she was truly excellent. I would highly recommend her.

Desk girl was very pushy and after I told her NO multiple times she still was rude to me . I have just recovered from a long illness and just wanted to pay and go home while she kept pushing for me to join wax pass. When a customer said NO , stop pushing
