First time I went to Horizon, staff was warm and friendly, which then I invited my husband to join me. Whenever we would get our nails, this was the place we would go to. However, recently I got my nails done, made an appointment, but forgot to mention that I wanted a gel manicure. The nail person was rough with my hands and after four days, the nail polish started peeling off in sheets. SHOULD LAST AT LEAST A GOOD TWO WEEKS. Sad to say, on a quest to find another nail salon, double shame because my husband loved going there for pedicures.

Went in to get a pedicure and they took me immediately. I came here in between school, it was a Monday at noon. The girl made so many faces as she was doing my feet- she clearly doesn't like doing them and while I don't have pretty feet, they are not atrocious. Whatever...I tipped her before I paid and dried them at the dryer for 15-20 minutes. I went to ask the owner (?? I assume?) if I could pay but she almost missed me because she couldn't look up from her phone. Then made me wait to finish something up on her phone and as she punched in the numbers she asked if I tipped the woman who did my feet. I am a waitress, little do they know, I couldn't not not tip someone especially in this setting. But it was almost accusational. Which tells me they know their clients are not having a great time here and it's upsetting to see the employees suffering

I just had a pedicure today as a walk in. Despite the place being PACKED (it was 3:15pm on a Friday in the summer), they took me immediately. That all started off great. The girl promptly began working on my feet. What she was doing hurt so much that I must've flinched and she looked up at me, at which point I said, "You're hurting me!" She stopped scraping the skin on top of my toes. That level of pain didn't happen again and she did a decent job on my toe nails. $25, not including tip. But, I won't return. A pedicure is meant to relax me, not tense me up.

I usually go to Noble Nails in Midland Park but I needed someplace open on a Sunday. I should have waited! This place did an awful job and had such an attitude. Plus they charge about $20.00 more than I usually pay at Noble Nails. I will NEVER go back.

I go here just to get my eyebrows waxed which being a makeup artist I'm very picky about the way my brows look. I don't go to one specific person, everyone that's done my brows does them great! So i just go to whoever's available. I never leave disappointed. I've also gotten a massage here a couple times and it felt great! Staff has always been friendly in my experience.

This place is dirty, dirty, dirty! Do not go here. The pedicure tools were not clean, heel grater had skin on it from prior client. I was appalled as to how dirty it was and the pedicure tech was not wearing gloves. I stopped the pedicure teach and asked to speak to owner who rolled her eyes...no apology, no making it right. Unfortunately, I was did not complete the service and walked out. I cannot express enough how disgusting this place was and in the middle of a pandemic...very disappointing.

I have used this place in the pastor a regular basis. They always overbook even if you make an appointment. Depending on who you get your nails can last 2 weeks or 2 days. There are better options out there.
