Will no longer be shopping here. My husband purchased a pricey bottle of perfume that we didn't realize had a slow leak until it ate the finish off our dresser. We were told that they would exchange it if he had purchased online and not in store because we're past the return date. Refusing to replace a FAULTY item is unacceptable. I have contacted Gucci to see if they can help. Too bad Ulta can't stand by their products and protect customers.

I came here to get a couple of things and the manager Ashley was so rude. I bought two lipglosses and wanted to return them immediately like five minutes after I walked out the store. I changed my mind. So I came to the first girl that was at the register which was the first person I dealt with when I payed for my transaction. I let her know that I was going to return it for something else which was the same amount. Easy return.no problem. When I finally picked my items and another girl helped me the manager Ashley was there. No smile and standoffish. I told her exactly what I was doing and what I wanted to do. I have experience in retail and know what to do. Blank stare acted like I was bothering her to the point I felt really uncomfortable.she made the transaction very difficult and complicated for no reason when it was a simple return. Her tone and demeanor were very unprofessional. I will never return to this Ulta Again worked in retail for many years and never treated someone the way she treated me. If you don't want to work in retail pick another profession.

Anne and Attiyah really made my purchasing and shopping experience extra enjoyable. Anne was able to color match my daughter and myself on the first try which saved me so much time. Attiyah was kind enough to show me a tutorial on how to apply lashes properly. I appreciate the help so much and would shop here more just because of the extra kindness and quality care shown to customers.

Employees here are so kind and helpful. They were able to pick my perfect shade of foundation in seconds and were highly knowledgeable. Worth stopping in for advice and not just buying online.

I had a wonderful experience at Ulta when Pinky did my makeup for my nephews wedding this past weekend. She was kind, timely, and did a fantastic job! I got SO MANY compliments! I highly recommend Pinky and am telling all my friends!

Blown away by the superior customer service I received from Donna at the salon. I had an important question about home hair color because I have to consider a serious allergy to a particular ingredient. Donna bent over backwards in every way to help me and found me a product I could work with. She made me feel like a VIP and I so appreciate that. With all the online/impersonal options we have, nothing can replace face-to-face interaction with a person who makes you feel like you are beautiful and deserve to feel that way.

This is my first and last time visiting this location. The manager Vanessa Cruz was incredibly nasty to me. I was waiting to check out and unsure about where the line started. I looked to her at cash register for direction, she glared at me, rolled her eyes and yelled "NEXT" to another woman then looked back at me and said "Yeah." in a rude and condescending tone. Frankly I was appalled at her unprofessionalism and vulgar manner and will never return here again.
