They cut hair Professionally! Real talk! 25$ for a man's haircut! Even left a tip! And I'm seriously picky about my hair! Went 4-14-2024 1 pm

Horrible PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SHOP... I came in waited 20 minutes for someone to come cut my hair. I asked for a low-fade 2 inches on the side and keep the top as is and he said "okay". He then proceeds to start by shaving the lower part of my hair completely off to the SKIN. Then he poorly faded my hair and did it very unevenly. It was SO bad the barber next to him started to laugh and he had to help him fix it. He also starts to take a scissor to my hair even when I SPECIFICALLY asked him to not touch the top of my hair. Of course he did not listen. I don't think my cut was that hard and he managed to make it look so terrible I ill be wearing a hat and hoodie til it grows back. Why would they let a barber that doesn't know what he is doing cut peoples hair. DO NOT come here if you want a decent hair cut -100/10 :/ ALSO WAS NOT WORTH $25 I get cuts 10x better from places that charge half the price. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNO WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!

Been going here for a few months, and after an incredible experience today I had to finally leave a review. Everyone there is super friendly and gives great haircuts. Blanca in particular goes far beyond and is meticulous in the detail of her cuts. By far the best barber I've ever had. I can't recommend this place enough! Short wait times, fair prices, and good company what more can you ask for.

Before anyone go to this, please inquire about the price. I was charged $25 just for for my beard. Theres other places with affordable prices so make sure you check the price with them .

I got a superb haircut today at Family Barber Shop and Salon! Very friendly staff and the young man who cut my hair did a perfect job! I recommend this establishment!

Celso is the best! He does a great job of remembering what the customer wants and a great person to have conversations with!

Hey everyone I just moved to Suffern about 6 months ago to live with my girlfriend after moving out of my apartment on Wall Street and I have to say that Rosa at Family Barber cuts my hair and trims my beard better than anyone I've ever tried and spent tons of money on in the city I honestly have to say!!! Prices here are very reasonable and everybody else who works here including her son Celso and her cousin Blanca along with a few other people whose names I've forgotten are incredibly good at what they do. It's a family owned business like their name states and I highly recommend them no question I've even included a recent picture of my haircut so you can all see what a great job Rosa does. She's got at least 25 years experience doing this so I always ask for her. The price was $30 for a haircut and a beard trim but, I usually give $40 with tip because she really puts in the time and the effort to make me look good and I have to say a big THANK YOU to her and everyone at Family Barber!!! This last time I was so happy I actually gave her a $50 and she absolutely deserved it!!!

Ashley did an excellent job on my hair color, blowout and curls. She took her time, was very friendly and was very thorough. I 100% recommend Ashley for all your hair needs!!!
