J K Nails

I went for a spa pedicure and the nail tech used a tub of lotion that she kept going back to use with her bare hands and long dirty fingernails. Very unsanitary and probably not the only one she's done this with. The polish was not even painted like it should be by a professional. I've done a better job. Avoid this place if you care for cleanliness and thoroughness.

I have never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon before, I left in tears today because i was so upset with what happened and how i was treated. I went 3 days ago and got Acrylics and a pedicure. I originally asked for a classic pedicure($25) and then i convinced myself to get the next one up with callus removal ($40). When i paid, they wrote 40+30... $30 JUST FOR GEL POLISH.. that i never asked for. I argued with the owner about it for a few minutes then thought maybe i was in the wrong with the way someone looked at me.. i don't think i was. The following day I had to go back because my nail broke in my sleep.. she proceeded to tell me i needed to be more careful. Then today comes around and i broke another nail trying to open a door (i didn't even hit it hard) and she told me that it was completely my fault and she wouldn't fix any other nails for free of mine because i'm not being careful enough. My nail now doesn't even look like my other nails, it's significantly shorter and not even shaped correctly. My nails should keep up with my everyday activities and i've obviously had these nails before and i've done workouts and played with little kids and they've never broken 3 days later. I'm extremely disappointed in this business and they're very rude too. I got my nails done for graduation pictures and it's now 4 days later and I can see the nails breaking underneath the polish. I wish there was a way to get my money back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Rude. Did not listen when filing hurt. Bloody cuticles. Nails are messy. Missed corners. Rushed even though not busy. Pulled at hand. Awful service. Made snarky remarks and faces. More expensive than other local nail salons. Not even a nice place. RUN FAR!

my wife went in there to get her nails done they bullied her and gave her some parts service and bullied her for a tip and she didn't want to fight back they didn't clean them properly and then didn't cut them properly very very disappointed and we feel that they're trying to rip people off by doing quick and not proper work.

Worst manicure I've ever gotten. Had to ask the nail tech multiple times to re-file my nails because they weren't straight. Then she put on nail polish and got it all over fingers. Save your money, go somewhere else

I love Ryan, Kaylie and Elsa the best. I have been using them for years. My nails have never looked better. They are so nice, the place is spotless. Especially now during Corona it seems super safe. I would highly recommend it.

I have doing my manicure and pedicure at JK for a few years already. I had tried changing, since I'm no longer I the area, but haven't finds a place with better service. Elsa is the best... she prest attention to what the customer wants. Thanks

I love this place! I go to them for a reasonably priced gel manicure. All of the manicurist are sweet and patient (especially when I take too long to pick my color) Overall a clean and great salon. Never really write reviews but I am always blown away by this place!
