You lost a loyal customer !!! Visited as a walk in at lower Hutt branch today, for my nails (SNS) & Touchup with hi lights. Nails were done amazingly by the staff - no complaints. HAIR - so the staff does not understand "English". She calls Amy who is at her different store atm. Amy attends me on the call, I explain to her that I want to do touch up and tone my hair, she speaks with the staff, staff starts with the touch up, Amy arrives and starts my hi lights, leaves my seat multiple times to visit others comes back, completes the hi-lights and does check up after sometime :) All good so far! Then she asks me to go to the basin seat, and advises a one of staff to wash my hair one of the other staff to prepare my toner. I confirm with the staff for the toner shade and she replies the same as Amy asked for. Amy is attending different client and she returns, while I confirm with her again if it is the ash blonde toner she responds "yes", I trust her as she has done my hair before. While the staff is applying toner - which she was clearly doing it for first time, Amy leaves to attend her another client in other store. My hair is washed and dried now by the staff, as seen below it's all patchy and not what I asked for. Staff calls Amy, and Amy's response is as below " Oh we do hilight so brown is seen and ash blonde is seen, that's how it is suppose to be" I said no the whole point of this was to create a blend, Amy says " I'm very busy with other customer, talk later," talks something to the staff !!" & disconnects the phone. At this point I was furious and decided to leave, while paying the bill, the staff charges me full amount, I ask her the breakdown, she doesn't understand, we play translate translate on the app for 2 mins and I finally give up, staff calls Amy again, she goes I'm very busy with other client, you make the full payment and come back later I'll look at it "!!! At this point I make the payment and leave and decide that will never come back. This has always been the case when it comes to service and I understand it is not easy running a business, but when you decide to take on a client you are responsible for it. If you know you cannot serve the customer at that point, ask them to come back later if a walk in, and they will understand, don't just ruin someone's day !!

I don't use this business services and I strongly suggest others don't. The owner has recently been ordered by The Employment Tribunal for ripping off her Vietnamese workers. Total owed to them over $230,000. Brought in by the government scheme for overseas workers then scammed. Disgusting behaviour and also shame on MBIE for allowing this to happen. She brought in 29 nail technicians on the scheme. Does the government really believe nail technicians are productive workers to come to NZ anyway. Shame on both parties. Vote with your custom and do not use this dodgy business that runs on the misfortune of the vulnerable.

People who are unprofessional, extremely impoverished, and impossible to trust. Amy assured me that the keratin treatment I had last week would last for three months. However, it fell out after my first wash, and when I called her, she refused to even look at my hair and insisted that I pay an additional $180 for permanent straightening. Very dissatisfied; I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone preparing hair treatments.

Got my nails done with Tracy and I was a little skeptical and didn't expect too much because of the low price of the express manicure but it ended up being a very pleasant experience! She didn't rush but wasn't slow either, offered me a drink and was very nice all the way through. Nails look good too!!

Service was on point. I've been in NZ- Wellington for over 6 months, wish I found this place earlier. The customer service was great and prices were the cheapest I've come across. This place does everything, from hair, nails, eyelash extensions to massages. I have booked my next appointment for lashes and a massage.

Amazing service! Seriously, one of the best salons in Wellington. Amy's team is professional. I was served two delicious coffee. Phuong is my hairdresser, very polite and with good knowledge and skills cutting my hair and preparing for the permanent straightening. Result was unbelievable. Amy's salon offers range of service. I enjoyed my time and service that provides by them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this salon. The owner took money from overseas workers for visa processing and job placement, promising to help them find work abroad. However, she failed to deliver any jobs and instead used the money for personal expenses, including buying a luxury home. This kind of deceit and exploitation is unacceptable. I strongly advise against trusting this salon with any services--it's a scam that preys on vulnerable individuals.

Hayley is a great technician. She helped me get what I was looking for even though there wasn't the exact product I was in the store at the time. She was careful and attentive to detail, and made sure I was happy with the end result. :) overall great experience and good value for money. I hope in the future the salon could add a service which focuses on super detailed cuticle clean up and exfoliating off hard skin around the nails. Also please stock more translucent/jelly-like gel colours?
