I had a wonderful experience at this spa! The service was excellent--everyone was so kind and professional. My lashes turned out beautiful, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. I especially loved the scalp treatment; it was absolutely soothing. I'll definitely be coming back!

I got the Head + Neck + Shoulder Spa with Massage ( 90mins ) and mistakenly thought it would be a head spa plus a neck and shoulder massage. However it was a spa for all three areas, and a massage of the head. There was some shoulder massage but it was not comfortable as you have to stay laying down on your back and the head spa unit sits awkwardly between you and the therapist. I'll admit it was relaxing overall but I was looking forward to a massage and for the price I could have gone and gotten a hair cut with a mask and got the same result. That's my fault for not reading it properly I guess. The salon itself is nice enough, tidy and quiet from street noise but I wouldn't recommend that service for value for money and would get a regular massage next time

Booked for a whole body massage and a pedicure with polish. It was a relaxing experience, the place is clean with welcoming vibes, staffs are friendly. It was my first time here, I will definitely comeback.

Music and atmosphere is always so relaxing! The staff here are so lovely, they always offer you tea or water when you get in. They're also highly skilled in eyelashes and their nail art. Best place to go if you're looking to get your eyelashes and nails done! Highly recommend

Went for a 1 hour full body massage. The place looked really nice and massage was started on time. However the massage room was bright and didn't have a nice and relaxing atmosphere. I felt as if the customer service was a bit poor as well. Overall this led to me feeling like I shouldn't ask for changes. My masseuse felt as if she was just getting through the hour, and I get it, but it didn't feel like she was creating a personal or comfortable relationship/experience. I felt as if my privacy could have been better protected too. She left the room a few times, leaving the door open. Then at the end she just left, once again leaving the door open. I had to awkwardly hold up my towel and try to cover myself while I closed the door. Regardless the massage still felt nice, just underwhelming.

Needed to get my nails done last minute and it had been a long time so they were looking a bit worse for wear!!! Clover was amazing and did such an awesome job. All the staff were friendly, had a good sense of humour and very friendly! I enjoyed the conversations we had and it definitely felt personalised and welcoming. Really took her time on my nails and had great attention to detail. Didn't feel like I was rushed in and out. Thank you for being so awesome! I hope you all enjoyed your beef noodle soup!! I will be back!

Had a booking for a saturday at 11am for my bestys birthday. We arrived at 5 to 11am. Was instructed to head upstairs. So we did where another group was taken in for a massage at 11! We then sat and waited 30minutes! Before i stodd up and asked how long we need to wait for our 11am booking as we had other bookings to attend. The stafff then scrambled around. We wer asked for our names and bookings! We wer offered cold green tea. The massage was a total of 45mins long even though we booked an hour. During the massage when had other staff enter the room and make loud noises under our beds and bumping us. It sounded like a washing machine and dryer were running the hole time. And we had the sound of running water in our ears while trying to relax. This service cost $110 i believer and was not worth this debarcle at all!. The massage finally started at 11.45 am and finished at 12.30pm. Not impressed nor happy.
