I have been a regular with Keicha for years. She is an amazing (award-winning!) therapist with serious skills and a deep knowledge of the industry. My eyebrows and lashes are always on point and the facials I have had are wonderful. The salon is beautiful and impeccably clean every time. Keicha makes me feel welcome and pampered whenever I walk in the door and I'm grateful to have her just around the corner for when I need some me-time. Highly recommend!

Keicha was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns before customising the facial to address them. The products used were amazing, and I could immediately feel the difference in my skin's texture and appearance afterwards! I had the most amazing facial with Keicha. She is an absolute professional in everything thing she does. I was made to feel so comfortable in her beautiful treatment rooms. She is very knowledgeable and explains the best products she will use for your particulars and why. I came out walking on clouds and warmed by the delicious fig and rose tea.

I had a pretty disappointing experience overall - It was my first time at Keicha Daniels Beauty and it will definitely be my last. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early, yet the technician didn't have me come through for my appointment till 30 minutes after my appointment time should have begun. That alone was enough to make me want to leave, but I had already paid a deposit for my appointment and needed my brows done for an up upcoming event so I thought I would stick it out. Once I was finally in for my appointment, Erini was actually quite nice, although she left me disappointed after the appointment. I have been getting Hybrid Brows done for about 3-4 years now between two different technicians back in Christchurch, so I'm aware as to how my brows should look after the treatment - the skin under the brows should be stained to give the effect of fuller brows, however, I left with brows that looked as though they'd be tinted with just your standard brow tint and zero skin stain. A brow treatment that should've taken 30 minutes, took over an hour and it wasn't even done properly. It was a waste of time and a waste of money, I won't be back and I won't be recommending to others.

Keicha is very talented! Shes been doing my beauty treatments for years taking care in everything she does. Very professional and a delight to be around. I recently had my amazing powder brows done too and I love them! Once you've been for a treatment you'll never go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I got a lash tint and lift almost two weeks ago with Keicha and I have been beyond happy with the result. The lift alone has made such a difference to my morning routine and I have found I need less makeup to look "done". I have had several compliments about my lashes with people thinking I had lash extensions when I put mascara on. I was very happy with the cleanliness and professionalism of the service and have already booked in for my next appointment. The hand massage while waiting was so relaxing also! Highly recommend.
