Terrible experience. One of the worst manicures I've ever had. They did not make me feel welcome, and the quality of the work was terrible. There was no lotion, or oil, or hand massage. When I got home one of the nails had already cracked and the next day some of the nails had chipped (photo). This after only shopping, nothing that should cause them to chip. My cuticles were not well done and had hangnails when I left. Extremely disappointed, what a waste of time and money! Do not reccomend. Go around the courner and get your nails done better elsewhere.

The loveliest ladies and chilled vibe. Have been going here for a few years and am blown away by the care these woman show to their customers. They recognise you if you've been there before and seem to continuously build on their skill - Highly recommend as a safe, professional, and feminine space

I was visiting Wellington and I had a shallac manicure done by the young girl at the shop. 4 weeks on and it's still going strong - and this after 2 flights and travel and hands on workshops and even some gardening. I'm amazed. Her attention to detail was amazing and service was immecable. The older technicians were also keeping an eye out to make sure my nails were curing and I was comfortable. The best and longest lasting shellac manicure I've had! Thank you!

Me and my sisters all got our nails done together and we had the best experience. The service was impeccable, and they were very efficient. Attention to detail was great. We all loved our nails! Highly recommend!

had an appointment today at 3pm for my nails done, i did get a cold feel from the start i did not feel welcome at all- i got told i could not have almond shape as my nails are short, i am aware my nails are shorter but have never had any issue with them popping off due to shape or length as i usually get them quite long, they said i can do square and i asked with rounded edges and they agreed and said yes, to start it off strong i realised that my nails are very thick from arcrylic and i asked them to file them thinner of which they did but did not make much of a difference, she told me again that my nails are small- i am aware and i expressed that i am and that i do not mind, this is what im asking to be done to my nails which i am paying for! i then overhear the girl next to me ask her to file her nails a bit shorter and she rolls her eyes back and swears under her breath so we can all hear and the poor girl who was young said actually no it's okay as she has been made to feel bad, my nails have arcrylic stuck all around them and under the nail, the nail polish around my nails does not reach end and as someone getting their nails done i should not to keep watch of the small things and tell them everytime something looks wrong i should be able to sit there and not feel on edge, every other experience at every other nail salon with my short nails has been nothing but great, these nails took an hour and 45 minutes also.

I had the most amazing experience at this salon. I walked in from the street and was welcomed wonderfully. The service was amazing and the SNS extensions I got are beautiful, while still at a reasonable price for what I was wanting. Lots of love for these ladies and will be back!

My wife got her nails done here as a Christmas present - she had such an amazing experience that I had to leave a review. My wife came home glowing, the ladies were so nice and she is so happy with her nails, they look stunning! These were really reasonably price too, never thought I would be leaving a review for a nail salon but I hope others can have this great experience too!
