Olivia Nail Lounge - Willis Street

I went to Olivia Nail and had a rather okey experience... I requested a neat cuticle cleanup and care (which was my main purpose for this manicure), and it wasn't up standard. I also didn't appreciate at all the way my nails got painted, being that it wasn't seamless or painted properly around the cuticle. What I can say is the two ladies seated by my side that were getting acrylic nails + full set design seemed to be getting the level of care, attention to details and professionalism that I wish I would have gotten with my simple red gel manicure. I would love to give Olivia Nail another try with a more experienced and professional nail tech. Please give me your recommendation on who should I book my next appointment with.

My partner, brother and I went here and the service was amazing! The staff were very friendly and did an amazing job on all of our nails. It was my first time getting my nails done professionally and I was not disappointed. The prices were very reasonable too. 10/10 going to go there again.

Absolutely thrilled with the wonderful work I received, especially considering I didn't have a specific reference for the nail art I wanted, just a colour scheme and some vibes that were captured very well. I also appreciated their patience with me as it was my first time so I had no idea what I was doing and didn't have anyone with me, but the team was very friendly and made me feel at ease.

Best nail salon ever! I have gotten my nails done by most of the ladies there and every single time they look amazing! I usually get my nails done by Serena and she is amazing, super talented and so friendly, I feel like I'm catching up with an old friend when I go! The services are always done in good time and the prices are incredibly fair! My nails never chip or break, and they're the only place that I've had chrome nails done where it lasts over 3 weeks without flaking off! You can tell they care about what they do <3 Will always reccomend Olivia Nail Lounge to everyone!!

I've never really had my nails done, so decided to treat myself. Best decision ever!! Anna was so fabulous, and it's obvious she has such an eye for perfection. In love with this set! Will definitely be back :) x
