Heidi and the team are experts! I have had lash lifts and now lash extensions and have not looked back. I love my extensions and enjoy the appointments; the girls are so personable and love a good chat but also are happy for me to fall asleep which I tend to do every appointment. Highly recommend and since finding them have not gone anywhere else for my lashes :)

Love hi-lash so much! After being a bit of a newbie to getting my lashes done, it was nice to get recommendations suited to my eye shape and all. Super convenient location, lovely technicians, really comfortable and welcoming space. Have already recommended them many times to friends due to all the compliments I've received :)

Hellish, hellish experience. I had my Lashes done here, and it was a literal nightmare. I told my partner, "I don't want to be a Karen and say something," But, I generally do not want this to happen to anyone else again. No exaggeration, my honest word to you - It was three hours, no break whatsoever- For lashes. Now, if I thought they'd turn out completely magical and terrific, then 3 hours of laying completely flat while people came and went while i was there laying flat as a board no break- well, it would have maybe been fine - but, seriously, they just look like the lashes I get for $80 at my nail salon in 45 minutes. I walked in at 1pm and was on the street outside at 3pm. I heard other clients coming in, getting their lashes done, and leaving while I was made to lie flat for three hours- no communication. Without a break. Hardly being checked on. I visibly started to panic under the lights, wanting to get out, while she said "I'll be done soon," and kept going - she wasn't nearly done. It just kept going. I'm a reasonably resilient person, but this was a difficult experience- I mean it. I wouldn't be here saying this if this didn't completely take me out of my comfort zone and shake me. I have told my friends it was actually a bit traumatizing to be fair. Lashes - they look alright, but I almost can't look at them because of the experience, call me dramatic but, wow be careful booking here.

Lovely, cosy salon. Mahina spent time to understand what I like and don't like and the end result was amazing. Love t My lashes.

Had my lashes and brows done with Chanda today.... Truly awesome experience! She is meticulous and it shows in the outcome. My lashes and brows look better than I could have hoped! I don't have a before picture, all I can say for comparison is that my natural lashes are small & my brows are mostly light brown or blond. Thank Chanda.

Jesiah was my first ever experience with getting lashes done, and I wouldn't have it any other way. She makes sure that you are comfy for the next few hours and you can easily just yarn for the entire session. After having a bad experience at a salon, Jesiah made me feel comfortable about the recovery and helped me feel good about my lashes again. I highly recommend that everyone go to her! I always feel beautiful after my sets with her.

Awful experience. My first time getting lashes but Heidi gave me no time to describe what I wanted and said just let me do my job. Brow shape and tint was great. She gave me classic lashes but I wanted wispy. Paid for lower lashes as well but she ran out of time and didn't do them but I was still charged as they have your card details. No info or products for lash cleaning even offered. Horrible treatment. Bad vibes from the start wish I had just left but she had my deposit.

Heidi takes care of my lash extensions with very skillful precision. She makes sure that I'm satisfied and happy with the extension type - length, volume, etc - and she does this with a smile! I always appreciate it. Thanks Heidi
