I've been seeing Sue for my nails for 14 years! Always professional, friendly, and she has a great team for comprehensive range of waxing & beauty therapy services also. Really helpful with recommendations, high quality products for skin care and makeup, plus the nail products she uses are premium and don't damage. I was a "biter" my whole life before I went to Sue, but never felt judged by her, she was really supportive and gave great advice. It took a few years because it's a hard habit to break, but I'm now "bite-free" and love showing off my nails. Highly recommend The Studio for anyone wanting to make positive change in their lives.

Sue is a customer service experience unicorn. You walk into her place and you feel like you've entered a high tea service at a nail bar in Disneyland. Sue sparkles and leads her team to make sure you sparkle inside and out too. A rare experience to find such delightful customer service experience in New Zealand. Keep up the joy ladies, you're the best <3

Sue did my daughter's make up last month for her college ball. She is very skilled and it looked absolutely fantastic and my daughter was thrilled, thanks. It finished off her outfit beautifully and made her evening very special.

I cannot find my makeup anywhere else in NZ and Sue always makes sure I get my fix ! Amazing communication, great customer service, prompt delivery and Sue is always super helpful. Would highly recommend buying from the website!!!

Had a spray tan here with a friend for a birthday party. I was so impressed with the results, no streaks, a really natural pay off and Amy really made us feel comfortable. Highly recommended :) Will definitely be back to try some of the other services
