Charged 2.6k just for 5 highlights (short hair, no bleach). Completely disregard what I wanted and did what they thought 'was the best' on MY hair. It was completely different, and bad, from what I had in mind. Biggest hair salon SCAM I've had the misfortune of being at the brunt of.Also made negative comments on the end result as well. Very unprofessional behaviour. Never revisiting again. Shame on y'all. Kept commenting on my hair, and made me uncomfortable. Highlights were thin and not worth it. Please look into it and take accountability

We booked Studio 11 for my sister's bridal wedding, and we had an amazing experience. The staff member, Shweta, is truly a great artist. She delivered exactly the look we wanted and was incredibly helpful, attending to each of our requests. I really appreciate her work and highly recommend booking her for your wedding looks. Kudos!

Most horrifying experience been tr for hair spa charged me 2 k for normal spa and result was zero as 2 k doesn't matter for them reception guy was not at all courteous nor they bother to check upon correction in tr product or service I'll never recommend some one who loves thier skin or hair this place Big NO

The nail extensions did not meet my expectations, as they lacked proper finishing and professional expertise. Additionally, the quality of the service did not match the amount I paid.
