Feedback and Review Matters: Refresh Unisex Salon need to improvise service and staff behavior. The worst ever service anyone can expect. Haircut was done and no Telcom was used. When I asked for head and neck massage, I was told that service is not available due to low staff turnover. Customer satisfaction is the 1st objective of any service provider. You need to provide ur best service to the customer. To accommodate more customer, u should not neglect your in service customer. You have a great ambience but your staffs does not know how to talk to people. Someone goes to saloon for a better and relaxing experience and in return if he gets what I got today, this reaction is deemed necessary.

A decent place to go for haircut well the staff are not professional but still were decent and the skill was okayish as well the price. So a okay place for me

Staff behavior very good & excellent parlour

Value for money, rates are higher than average considering other local rates. Most of the salon staff have 2-5 yrs of experience and are good if you give them clear instructions on how to make your style. They try to pursuade for more than just haircut or shaving for instance dying hair. If you don't tell them anything sometimes they make it weird, so tell them how you want your style to be.

Quite good saloon to get a haircut and saving/trimming. But nothing else is that professional as they are priced. Can't give more than 3 stars just because the saloon is spacious and the AC works good.

The service they provide is not relevant with the price they charge.. He gave me such a bad haircut, I was very frustrated.. Won't recommend at all.. Since i had no option, went there but didn't like the service.. Good thing only is they do check temperature and they have a hand sanitizer in place.. Also they accept digital payments..

They are very unprofessional. I went to colour my hair. I asked them to color a specific loreal colour but they said they did not have it. I asked them if they can buy the product and do the procedure. They declined. I asked if I can bring the product and they can apply but that also they refused. It seems they don't want to do the business. Instead they started arguing with me. Me being a localite, I spoke to them in Sambalpuri, rather they said, We are outsiders and we don't understand Sambalpuri. What rubbish and Pathetic Service. I had a very bad experience. I would advise people not to go there...

One of the best salons in Balangir but the rates are on the higher side. It's the favourite place for younger generations.
