I went to get my hair dried and washed. The washing service was nice, my hair was handled carefully and washed nicely. They didn't have warm water, but the cold water felt nice anyways. When I got my hair dried, the lady who owns the parlor did the drying part. She was very aggressive with my hair, pulling it while drying it with her nails. She had many brushes to use but decide to comb my hair with her nails for some odd reason. I also heard her comment that my hair was damaged and that it had a lot of dandruff, though it really didn't. I observed my sister and cousin getting their hair washed with the same hair pulling I experienced, and my sister's hair was still left wet. They also got comments on dandruff in their hair when they didn't have any. This lady did not take her job seriously, with failing to check on her clients and seemed to be in a hurry with how she treated our hair.

You should never ever go to this parlour , even if it is the last parlour left in the whole world. I am highly dissatisfied with my experience . I did a hair spa at this parlour . First of all , the person who owns the parlor didn't even touch my hair , she threw all the responsibility of the parlour to her servants who have no training in parlour skills. She even charges a lot of money . Also she damages your all your hair , so that you will come to her parlour again . After doing the hair spa , there was a huge amount of hairloss . I am just left with 40% of my previous hair volume. So , I recommend you never ever go to this parlour Also she compels you to use those products from which she will gain profit of her own . I just can't stop describing how bad my hair spa experience was for a lifetime.
