Very disappointing experience! My colleague canceled her booking within 2 hours due to an unforeseen situation, but the makeup artist refused to give even a partial refund. She even requested to adjust the amount for a party makeup, which definitely costs less than 5K, but that was also denied. By saving 5K, you are losing your reputation and customer trust. This is not how a good business treats its customers. Such behavior is unfair and unprofessional.

I have never encountered such unprofessional behaviour in my life. I had booked an appointment for bridal makeup and paid a 2k advance, but ended up paying 5k instead. As a customer it's my right to choose or cancel the service provider. However when I requested a cancellation within 1-2 hours of advance payment, she refused to refund any amount and kept the full payment. When I asked for a refund of the 3k which I had paid extra instead of asked advance amount, she denied it. Additionally when I suggested receiving service in place of the unused amount, she refused that and used inappropriate languages. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I booked for my reception and paid 2k advance. First of all , she spilled her eyshadow accidentally and instead of discarding it she picked it up on a brush and applied on my eyes. Then her air brush instrument was not functioning and when my sister came to observe what was happening she sent her away and somehow blew some air through the instrument and told me it is functioning but before that she applied foundation with a normal makeup brush and after blowing air through that instrument ( to show that it is functioning) nothing changed on my face. Thirdly, she charged 19k instead of 17k (i have the receipt as proof which she gave me of 17k during booking). On confronting her she became rude and told that she did makeup for 19k ( which i did not ask for). Later when we showed the bill she said she can only return 1k as her sister did the makeup. After few calls and messages she had to return 2k , only because we could show the proof otherwise she woild have never returned my money. She was very rude and unprofessional during the confrontation.

Worst service ever. Booked for a certain amount of makeup and charged extra, giving explain that they have done the higher variant of makeup. But Fortunately I was having the booking slip with me and Thank God I managed to get my money refunded. So please check the price before payment.

One of my friend had approached her for bridal makeup but it was a very bad experience. She was also paid advance but due to some circumstances, my friend requested her to cancel the request and return her the advance money. But she behaved with her very rudely and didn't return her the money. Also, this incident took place much before her wedding and it was not a last minute decision. Also, she was a distant relative of her friend,still she was not cooperating. Do not trust her and go for some other makeup artist.
