Amazing services, Friendly Staff . I opted for the Moroccan Oil Treatment and my Hair Spa experience was very relaxing and I loved how my hair felt after the spa. My hair felt so soft and manageable. ( attaching a before - after picture for the difference) The place is very hygienic with a great ambience and the staffs were very humble and friendly. The Stylist was very Professional and Completely understood what I actually needed for my hair. I personally loved the place and their services Highly Recommended.

I went here for a hair cut and it was such a terrible decision. I asked the professional to not reduce the length of my hair however the professional just did what felt right to her. I have not had such a bad hair cut in long time. There is no uniformity. I have been doing layers from a very long time and I know how exactly it looks like. I can't get the volume I had back now. I am so disappointed. If you are naming you salon "Lakme", atleast do justice to the brand's name. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Please visit this salon at your own risk. She was a female professional and it seemed that she was a senior hair dresser. I did not ask for her name. I will now have to wait for months to get my hair volume back. Extreme disappointment . This was my real experience. I went to the salon by looking at the rating but now I feel the ratings are dishonest.

I recently had a facial at Lakme Salon, and I must say it was an amazing experience. Puja, the beautician, was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, attentive, and made sure to tailor the facial to suit my skin's needs. The products used were of high quality, and I felt completely relaxed throughout the session. My skin feels rejuvenated and glowing. Highly recommended

I visited for hair spa, Mrs.Pradhan suggest for morocconoil spa. That turned out to be great for my hair. I could see the instant results of smooth, silky and shiny hair. She is a thorough professional who knows her job well..She also shared very useful and long term hair care tips.
