Hello, I appreciate your response, but blaming my hair type instead of acknowledging the issue with the styling is disappointing. I've had the same hair styled at other salons without any problems, yet here, the curls didn't even last an hour, and my hair felt extremely dry and frizzy afterward. If you didn't know how to achieve the requested style on my hair type, you should have been honest about it instead of doing something entirely different and then making excuses. Instead of dismissing customer concerns, you should take feedback seriously and strive to improve your techniques. If your service isn't effective for all hair types, that's something you should be upfront about before taking a client's money.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for a simple dry blow/setting and provided clear instructions along with a reference video. I even showed them an example from a previous visit to another salon, where the style was done exactly as I wanted. Despite this, my request was disregarded, and the result was entirely different from what I had asked for. When I tried to show my reference again, I was dismissively told, "Why are you looking at the video? Close that and look here." On top of that, the owner kept giving excuses, claiming that curtain bangs could only be styled on one side and weren't possible with a middle part--despite the fact that another salon had done it successfully before. Instead of listening to my request, they insisted on their own way without considering my preferences. To make matters worse, the curls at the back didn't even last an hour. Within minutes, my hair felt extremely dry and frizzy, and the curls had completely disappeared. This clearly shows a lack of proper technique or product application. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer preferences is unacceptable. A good salon should prioritize client satisfaction and follow their requests carefully, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend their services at all.

It's disappointing to see you doubling down on blaming my hair type instead of addressing the real issue--your inability to deliver the requested style. If my hair was so 'freezy and damaged' as you claim, why did you accept the service in the first place instead of informing me beforehand? Other salons have styled my hair without any issues, so this excuse doesn't hold up. Also, bringing up CCTV recordings is unnecessary. The issue isn't whether you did 'some' work, but rather that you ignored my request, didn't deliver what was promised, and then blamed me instead of taking responsibility. A professional business listens to feedback and improves, rather than making excuses and gaslighting customers.

I visited this Parlor for the first time.the staff's communication with the customer were so good and they were helping as well . The results were so good too . Will recommend this for sure .

The Best Place to do your skin and hair treatment. I have done my skin clean up with special care and hair spa with dandruff treatment . The services were very soothing and relaxing. Prices are not that much reasonable but treatments are very good. You will get the perfect results as I got. Highly recommended. If you are looking for a reasonable salon then it's not perfect for you . It's not budget friendly. If you want to invest to get a good service with perfect results then must visit this salon. It's the best place in town.

My experience at B zone has been amazing till date. My hair condition was deteriorated because of chemical treatments. At b-zone, she understood all my hair problems from day 1 minutely, and hence my hair has improved over the years of spa and required treatments, causing less damage. I would highly recommend b-zone for hair and skin related issues. Apart from that, you can definitely avail other threading and salon specific services. This salon is a boon in disguise. And the lady managing it assures you never return any less satisfied than you want it to be. You get the best treatment at a reasonable rate, and to your best of needs. :)

Very rude staff behaviour doesn't knows how to talk. Please learn some manners how to talk with costumers and content creators. People pay you for the service. Stop behaving like that.
