I wish I could give negative points. The lady manager in this parlour absolutely has no sense of responsibility and is very adamant with her opinion, never listens to customers plea. She completely ruined my face, my skin is burning continuously for 3 days. She doesn't understand skin type and customer experience rather argue with her absurd judgment on product type. She doesn't listen to customers choice on facial product type, rather uses random products as per her wish and after doing that she doesn't admit what she has done. She should understand that experienced people know their product better as per their own skin. Complete unprofessional behaviour and waste of money.

Makeup was cool and the hairstyle was awesome bcz it was done by Fatima ma'am .

Very genuine service and even the staffs are really humble, make sure to give one they won't disappoint... for me the experience was 5/5

Not sure if staffs are getting paid or not. Every time u will get new/different (frequent statf change) staff who will force you to take service on package rather providing better service.

I faced the worst kind of behavior from the lady who appeared to be the person in charge there. One should feel nice about themselves after visiting a salon but they make you feel bad about yourselves just because your hair, skin or something else is not in good condition.i understand that's done to take up their treatments. This is not the right kind of service I expect.

I'm their regular client. No way I do my eyebrows anywhere else. Recently I went for a Keratin treatment and the result is amazing. I akwys take the service from Gitanjali as she understands my needs. And yes, this is pocket friendly salon as well.

At my first few visit it was really good. I had visited for few services before my pre-wedding shoot. I wanted to take hair spa, but the manager and the owner, with their great marketing skills, convinced me to take up Keratin treatment. I agreed to it. and the cost was around 5k. The owner said Karatin treatment would result in fully straight and smooth hair. But the styling staff said in 5k i won't get completely straight hair but somewhat straight hair. For that i will have to take a package of 10k which they termed 'Kera-shine' treatment. But I took the 5k package. In the first sitting itself, when I was in a hurry to leave (it was 9:30pm) the manager and the styling staff upselled a shampoo, conditioner and serum worth 3k. Since i was getting late I didn't want to argue and paid. In the next sitting when I said that I really didn't want to products, they totally refused to return it. I also said them not to return money rather give me services worth that, but their behavior totally changed. Even the owner, who convinced me to take keratin treatment, now denied that she was not reponsible for marketing and management. The service which they provided was so bad. My hair felt more freezy and damaged after the treatment. To this the styling staff said that "Aap 10k wala package lete to straight and smooth aata, apke package me aise he ayega". At the beginning they had showed my photos in which people has very smooth,silky and shiny hair and upselled keratin treatment first. This experience was very very very disappointing. Please be aware of upselling at such saloons. They know really good marketing.
