Unprofessional at its pick. Whenever I visit their salon, the proprietor madam use to gossip about ex staffs in front of customer. They hold my hair so tightly and colour it, as if I am a material. Constant gossip with co worker. Very bad. Don't go there.

I have been visiting here since last 3 years.... They are professional their treatment and suggestion are highly recommended. They following trendy and technical method for beuty enhancement... So please kindly visit once a time........

A very pathetic experience. Please don't play with anyone hairs just for some bucks. As a hair specialist, you should see the texture and accordingly recommend straightening or not. I saw a post of Rs 1499 offer for straightening. When I enquired I was told 3000 for my ling hair. When I visited they suggested to go for loreal product and charged extra Rs 500. Almost my process was about to end they repeatedly said your hair is very very damage where as I had good long hairs. Might be not very good but definitely not bad. And to my surprise they gave me a form to sign where it was mentioned parlor is not responsible for damage of my hairs. I was surprised but still I signed and mentioned on the form that such forms yo be signed before the process after proper counseling not after the straightening process is done. Initially it was a very good parlour. I was a regular customer both in satya Nagar and kiit branch. Infsct I did make up during the occasion of my marriage. I had a high hope. But it was utter disappointment. A sincere request to the management team to do the proper counseling and not to play with anyone hairs just for few bucks. My hairs literally got burnt. I am late in giving the feedback as I was traveling but then thought of sharing the feedback for the betterment of other people. Attaching the pics too. A sheer disappointment!

Everytime I come I'm always amazed by their service. I've been coming here since last 7 years and I trust with their service. Love my look.

Quality of the fake lashes were good (for which I was charged extra, package I took was worth 17k which I booked when in discount for 11k) Staff is friendly, but the whole point of a good beautician is to make bride look pretty which I was little disappointed with, because of bindi, hairdo etc. Their job should not only be in doing what bride suggests for, but they should also advise what suits better for the dress and occasion. I felt they didn't do justice to my makeup at all and also the kind of money I gave considering my special occasion. Senior staff was rather focused on some online marketing for their salon. And mind you folks, I was the only bride there despite that I felt unattended. I would not recommend this place.

Had a very good experience with Jyoti and she is darling, services by her is superb, all are very friendly over here and specially owner is fantastic, I did spa,botox treatment, facial and full face threading. All superb.From my side 10/10... I suggest all should try first... My experience is about 18 yrs here so do visit here.
