The service was below average. The price was very expensive. They are telling one price and taking another with added taxes. That will definitely affect the goodwill and repeat customer will be zero. I have visited for some spa and detan with my brother but the price was so much hilarious as compare to the market price. This is the last time have visited to this outlet and will refer no one to visit green trends . Giving one star rating because zero can't be given.

Opted for face clean up, within half an hour of total time, the lady who was providing service was unavailable for 20mins. For every cream she used , she went out for 10 mins to get that cream. No proper massage. Unskilled service lady (a thin short height lady ). Total waste of money.

The worst experience I have got today in green trends. The service was at lowest average and price was typically higher than average price of premium salons. I had been a customer of green trends but after the recent encounters will not visit this ever in my lifetime and will not refer even my enemies to it . ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE AS WELL AS ...... can't even express in words ....

Service was good. Geetu gave a nice foot massage in pedicure. The haircut for my daughter(5yr) was a little rough around the edges, and needs to be improved so giving one less star. Overall a good experience.

I don't know whether they are fraud or not when i was there i told them and also they suggest me to do insta brightening facial and neck and face detan and which cost me 3849 which was different from the catalogue and when i asked for bill they told me i will get it through msg but already 9days passed but i didn't even get the bill till date.

Soumya was exceptionally service oriented. He is great at his job and has attention to detail. I can recommend him any day at green trends.
