He was incredibly skilled, professional, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Thank you so much for the fantastic service! I will definitely be visiting again soon. WORST. Literally THE WORST experience ever. I am never going back there. Please let experts handle their own domains. I asked for a good hairstylist, but one of the staff, she insisted on cutting my hair. It was the worst haircut I ever had. The way she shampoes is very painful. I asked for a different style, she did it her way. My face looks more bulky now. My function got ruined, the photos turned out horrific. My hair looks messed up. I had a function the next day. Got embarrassed. Here, Newcomers try to hound on customers to practise their techniques, resulting in the worst possible outcomes. Please let experts handle their domain. She kept nagging to do my hair, and this is what I get. Also, they dont know how to wax! I went there a few months ago as well, a different staff did my waxing, and threading. The technique was so bad, I was bleeding. Same happened this time, but with a different staff. I went to so many saloons, their results are satisfying. But this one is very disappointing and painful. Lady staff is the worst. Honest review.

I specifically asked not to cut my hair too short ( I had hip length hair ) and I also asked them to keep showing me the length, he first showed me one particular length and finally , in a fleeting moment , ended up cutting it as short as my shoulder . Terrible experience .
