Lakme Salon

Wasted 2100 Rs at this lakme Salon for nothing. I recently visited bhubaneswar for a short trip and had to get a haircut. I booked an appointment at this salon and informed them about having a lakme cash voucher from my bank which was 1500 rs and they asked to visit. When I asked them to check before hand for the redemption before taking any service , the receptionist / lady at the desk mentioned it could be redeemed in one go itself . But since I didn't have much time I mentioned that I can't take multiple services due to shortage of time but since she was hesitant and mentioned that get the billing done today and you could take the service whenever you have time. So went ahead and paid extra 600 rs cash in addition to the voucher. But due to my tight schedule I couldn't visit for pedicure 1150 rs (did the haircut for 950 rs) ,so requested them to keep the voucher completely (1500 rs)and atleast return the additional cash (600 rs) as i didn't avail the service . But they came up with lame excuses not to return the money. So I lost 1150 rs and it became 0. The lady at the desk told me that she didn't force me to get it billed and it was my problem to get the billing done and pay them upfront. She should learn some etiquettes about how to have a conversation with customers . Now coming to the haircut. They call them senior stylist who are nothing more than local salon barbers .The hair stylist didn't have any idea about haircuts ,I asked for some recommendations but he suggested one style which he himself said that it won't suit my face . So ended up getting a hair trim for current style and not a haircut. So I ended up paying 2100 for the worst service, unprofessional staff. A local barber would do a better job. Giving one star because the hair stylist was humble . I would not recommend visiting this barber shop and wasting your hard earned money.

I am visiting Bhubaneswar for my friend's wedding and I came to this Salon for numerous sevices. The staff is extremely professional and the services are top notch. But, what stands out most is staff's warm behaviour, they are extremely sweet, especially Manasi didi and Parvati didi.

Excellent service by Lakme salon at a very affordable price. Great hospitality. Everyone listened to my requirements and gave great suggestions. Pinky , Mansi and Rini did a great job, starting from making me understand the process to making sure am comfortable and is given the best service possible.

Loved the service in Lakme Salon Saubhagyanagar....I went here for the first time for hairspa services...The behaviour of all staffs were cordial and friendly...The spa was done with lots of care by their staff Upendra Bhaiya... Looking forward to more in future...Must visit salon for your hair or skin care

The management of the salon is excellent with excellent people managing the activities at each level starting from reception to providing services and comfort. It was my second time today with Parvati and it stood out for the excellent recommendation followed by genuine service. It's an accessible and well located salon in the area. I would highly recommend Parvati to everyone looking for the best care and efforts she puts into explaining things and doing the procedure, well spoken and expert in her job! Keep it up!

Recently visited this salon for a clean-up and a hair spa and I must say that I'm really impressed by their services. Starting from the beginning till the end I was taken good care of. The manager is very sweet and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable. All the experts are really amazing as well. They have good knowledge about what they are doing to your face or hair. They do share some valuable knowledge as well to improve your hair or skin. Overall it was a great experience

Very quite and comfortable. Staffs are excellent. Very much appreciate upendra sir's haircut. Over all is best.
