I had been searching for a skilled hair expert in Bhubaneswar for a long time, and my visit to The Look Salon turned out to be an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of consulting with S. Ranjan, the senior hair expert there. He took the time to explain various hair colors, how to maintain healthy hair, and which shades would best suit me. His detailed advice convinced me to go for highlights with balayage, along with a hair treatment. The results have been incredible! I'm thrilled with my new look. The staff at the salon were incredibly friendly and cooperative, making the entire experience enjoyable. A must-visit salon for anyone looking for quality service. Thank you so much, and I can't wait to return for more services!

I had booked an appointment at Looks Salon for both myself and my mom, covering a full range of services--hair cut, global hair color, hair spa, manicure, pedicure, and facial. While the overall experience was just average, I want to highlight a few key points. We were assigned Puja for the hair color, cut, and spa. Unfortunately, her services were far from satisfactory. Despite promising that the global brown hair color would look good overall, only the lower ends of the hair turned brown while the upper part remained black. This uneven coloring was disappointing, especially given the steep cost of 8000. Puja also said she would recolor the hair to fix the issue, but she never followed up. The hair spa session lasted barely 15 minutes and felt rushed and incomplete. The facial done by Renu was average at best. On the bright side, Khushboo did a good job with the facial. I don't recall the name of the person who did my hair cut and hair spa (a different one from Puja), but he was genuinely skilled and professional. The staff handling the manicure and pedicure were also quite good. All in all, this experience has left me disappointed. Despite a few decent staff members, the poor service and lack of follow-up from others have convinced me not to return. This was my last visit to Looks Salon.

I had a great experience at Looks Salon for a face clean-up, eyebrow threading and waxing. The staff was welcoming, and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and smooth. The waxing was quick and relatively painless, with excellent results. A special thanks to Renu for her excellent care and attention to detail. The salon was clean, and the service was professional. Highly recommend!
