Brilliant haircut. I asked for an advanced haircut and thats exactly what I got. Smruti is a very talented hairdresser and a lovely person. This is one of the best haircuts I've had because of Smruti's patience and skill. I would recommend anyone nervous about having their hair cut to come here. Thank you for making me feel great!

One of the best unisex salon of bhubaneswar very fast service, they are so fast that you just have to wait for 1hr and 30mins for a haircut. Staff are very humble, and so polite that they will accommodate other clients even if they come after you... Staff are so polite that they don't even bother you by informing that they have accommodated some other client before you. On asking they will blame each other and will pretend as it was just a miscommunication between the person who is sitting at the front desk & the hair dresser. Time aapka jaye kisiko kya hi fark padta hai... More focus given to female clients (paisa to wahi se aayega). Even if staffs are free they don't even bother to attend clients. Most pathetic service from a brand like VISAGE. TOOK MY 1 HOUR AND 30 MINS FOR A 15MINS HAIRCUT. NOT DONE VERY POOR SERVICE, WON'T RECOMMEND ANY MALE TO VISIT.

Summary: Horrible service, extremely rude staff members, make excuses bout crowd just to not provide service. Just visited this parlour at 6:30, I went with a friend, she had to get her eyebrows done, I went in, told the person at the front desk the same, a girl behind him, started speaking saying mam it'd be late, I agreed to wait, no issues, then she doubles down saying no ma'am it would take 30-45 minutes. Three staff were just standing, and I looked around the parlour was extremely empty, no one was there, just the people working (they were in uniform). So she basically then asked us to leave cuz it wouldn't be possible. I don't know if it's just this branch of visage or other visages too. But maybe a staff change would make their service better.

Best saloon in bbsr i would say their staff and manager is very respective and their barber they have named Guri does his job so well very good service in my perspective
