This salon has to be the worst experience ever. Very bad service. Worst waxing i ever had. Lady who did waxing is the owner and she is not professional at all . First thing she doesn't know difference between cold and hot wax. She was totally confused. I did hot waxing. Wax was very very hot I told her to reduce the wax temperature and apply .she didn't listen to me which burnt my leg and cost is too high.

I think staffs working there are lazy . Don't even sometimes to serve customers..I asked for wax they told me room is locked..we can't do..like they damn care about customer service..I have faced this issue many times like they are not interested to do the service for customers.. Even for hair color I asked once they told can't do and gave some excuse.

He is nice and well behaved person but today he is in hurry and he has cut well

So good ambience and well behaved crew.
