Very beautiful service.i am satisfied with it.very good behavior like a friend.

I have done ozone facial and matrix hairspa , while doing facial she seems to be least interested and was busy in her phone .The massage techniques she uses is very rough not ideal for facial she doesnot even touches your neck , shoulder is never in her least she just rubs yoyr face with full speed as if your face is a dumping yard , applying facepack evenly is not on her list and she is least bothered if your entire face is evenly covered or not as she was on her phone. Coming to hair spa she just applied the cream and hardly has give 1 min of massaga and thats too it was very disgusting , message to the owner (please visit better salons at bbsr and learn what techniques they use if you are charging price equal to green trends customer would expect a minimum of 10min massage from you without any disturbance with your phone call. Genuine advice to owner - If you feel at the price you are offering is not sufficient for your service then ask your customers to pay you extra so that you can provide satisfactory services. I have gone there after checking insta but reality is totally opposite as of reels.

The make up artist is too proud and self obsessed. She doesn't know how to deal with customers. Poor service and lack of professionalism. I don't recommend anyone to go here.

The service are pretty ,good and also products they use are of high quality. The staff is polite and are prompt in their service. I like to visit again and again . Thank you
