Even though they are good at their work, their customer service isn't that great. Only one person is working at most times, leading to longer waiting duration. Moreover, they tend to leave their customers waiting for indefinite time and go away for personal reasons. Seems unprofessional behaviour. Even if they are working, they think the customer's time doesn't matter, as I have seen them passing time away doing random things like selecting what song to play or gossiping. Pathetic workmanship. Kindly refrain from going there and wasting your precious time. I would rather grow my hair indefinitely than get it cut by them.
