Indulge The Salon, Grand Centre, Puri (Women's Only)

I had gone for my engagement make over , but the make up didn't even stay for 10mins . Don't go for any bridal services other wise you will also experience the worst make over

I have done hair wash rs 200, and front cutting my hair 100/- and i said to trim my hair ends using a trimmer but they use a scissor to trim simply she trims 2inch-3inch. When that lady make bill she said hair wash is 250 we use blow dryer. I said did you ask me before using and every parlour use blow dry after washing. She said it's ok you can give 200. But but but after that she charged me 150 for trim my hair of 2 to 3 inch. I said what??? My front cutting which takes time is just 100. My back trimming which is done in 1 minute is 150.i said to do it in trimmer but they don't have trimmer lastly I pad her 150 because she said this what we charged. So make sure to ask them in details of what they are doing and what it cost. Apart from it my hair wash done well.

This is the worst salon service I have ever experienced. I don't know what kind of wax they used but it was terrible. It has been 24 hours and both my hands are still burning due to the wax. It's all red and I have blisters all over my hands. I don't know if they are using expired products or they don't know how to use it. I have been a regular customer of Indulge but if this is what happening in the Puri branch then I really don't know what to say.

I used to be regular customer of indulge puri, but day by day there service is worsening. I went for hair fall treatment spa, they didn't even give a massage. All they are worried about gossiping among themselves.

I went to Indulge Puri and the service ws really not worth it. The owner who did my service was realy not all upto the mark. She kept me waiting for hours and then she just burned my hands while waxing. She could not remove the wax even from my hands. Service was really pathetic. I thought it to be of the same service that I used to get from other Indulge Bhubaneswar.

Don't go for it. They give the worst service. Please go for other saloon. Staffs are just do their own styling according to their wish...they don't follow your instructions

5 reasons why everyone should visit Indulge Salon, Puri. 1st - Interior is Amazing. 2nd - Staff is co-operative. 3rd - Service is amazing. 4th Genuine Products. 5th - Staff is very very good looking, and looks fresh always. And they love there work. They work bcuz its their passion not like they work bcuz uts their job. In the end ill just say you visit on your own and youll come to know how good they are. All the best to team.

Expected it to be unisex since have visited Bhubaneswar branch multiple times but it is actually ladies Beauty salon.. got disappointed travelled 30kms to visit only to know they do only ladies haircut n other services. Bhubaneswar branch is way better than this as they have clearly mentioned it is unisex
