Totally unprofessional! One masseuse entered without permission while the other was massaging me, violating my privacy. The service was horrific and the staff was untrained. On top of that, the spa was unhygienic and had a bad smell. I would recommend staying away from this place.
The spa and service was AMAZING!!! I was so happy im coming EVERYDAY!!!!!! Manini is a sweetheart and reception and got all my appointments when i wanted. My massage was perfect she has magic hands!!! BEST spa in puri
Staff services are excellent with good time management. They are using reputed and ayurvedic cream. Parlour services also available there. Recommended to all, who those are needed relaxing services, you should go there.
I'm the regular visitor for spa but this time my wife take parlour service. She take facial, manicure and pedicure. She is very happy with parlour service. They are using branded products.
Worst experience ever. Pathetic service. The manicure and pedicure was ridiculous.lt's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. Manicure in a steel bowl and pedicure in an unwashed plastic bucket and there are insects in the bucket.Broken chair and you need support to sit on it.Unhygienic rooms something like public toilet .
Good quality of spa products. They are giving extra time as per request. Near is pool available. Which is maintained very neat and clean.
