This salon has incompetent untrained professionals. Being delicate is something they need to be with a client's face. My wife's face was partially bruised by the rough hands of their so called professionals. Even after her mentioning it several times, they did not provide the service accordingly. I would advise that you check for their proficiency, certifications and authenticity before you decide to visit their salon for any service. ***** In addition to the owner's response - my wife has visited your salon for the 1st time and not hundred times as she moved here in Rourkela since October 2024. I guess you have assumed it was someone else. I would like you to get your facts right and then make a statement about how professional your team is. It seems this incident happened with another lady who had her threading done. Kind of a joke that you let the cat out of the bag about someone else impacted by the unprofessional services provided at your salon. Try not to be defensive about this and fix issues which pertain to customer dissatisfaction. Proof attached as there was no threading done. I hope this is legible unless you think otherwise.

**Never ever go to this place for makeup**!! The worst ever service,it was my convocation day and i asked the staff for a descent and light makeup yet she did so heavy makeup and too much of highlighter and blush, she made my eyes look so small and my lips were looking so thin...she absolutely doesn't know any makeup skill,just for the sake of some 2-2.5k money they are just ruining someone's so special day...its once in a lifetime thing and it was supposed to be memorable bt these ppl made my day traumatic!! Everyone around me was laughing on me and was saying "kahan se itna bhut ban ke aa gayi ho" .. i had to wash my whole face to attend the convocation!!

I went there to get saree draping and hairdo done. There was a senior stylist with short hair who did it without damaging my hair, and tucking the saree so neatly it didn't move an inch! She also made sure the style suited my face. Super pleased with the service!

It was an amazing experience of skin care, facial, massage and hair conditioning along with shampoo provided by Madhu and she was really kind and gentle with all the services she provided me. Much recommended salon in Koel nagar

Been customer for years now. Good staff and service but they have recently started charging 2% additional for the card payments early such was not the case. Have paid for the service in cash, upi or card previously

Did Hair colour and it came out great. Sona mam is so good. Overall good service. Nice Ambience. polite Staff. Will definitely visit again.
