Had a very bad experience. I asked for a straight trim but the hair dresser gave me a very short bob instead, that too without consulting if it was fine with me. And the hair dresser was gossiping with her friend the whole time. Very unprofessional behaviour. This used to be a great parlour but now its standards have come down, while prices have unreasonably increased.

This is second time that I have gone to the Parlor and came back unsatisfied again. They mostly use expired or near to expire products. Did a manicure yesterday and got rashes. They are not at all professional, do not know how to use of the product, use less product. I did a crystal manicure, the sequence should be gel/cleanser/massage n mask but the girl did it in the sequence of cleanser/massage (only 3 minutes)/mask (almost no covering)/gel. N on top of that she applied decrystalizer onto my hands, which should be ideally added to the gel water. I have got irritation. Lotus guys please train them well.

Once you close your eyes, they will use EXPIRED PRODUCTS on your skin. I happens to be a regular customer with full satisfaction but everytime my face had infection after expensive facials. I found once they used SIX MONTH EXPIRY de_tan cream of Rs 700 on my face. When I confronted they vanished the pouch and were not apologetic rather defensive and outrightly denied. Mrs Julie argued a lot . I didn't pay. They took payment for the rest services. Another instance they destroyed my Rs 1500 new trouser with bleach. moreover, They charge more than Experienced Skin Doctors. I really like their hand skills but NO TRUST on their PRODUCTS. I am forced to quit and write after several mistreatment with me.
