Looks Salon, Rourkela

WORST experience of looks till now. I have tried multiple branches in different states as well but this one by far is the worst. First of all,they will quite you different and very huge almost double when you visit the salon as compared to what is updated on phone call. This is still manageable but the staff is not only rude but they are disrespectful like anything--he quoted me" ab kya apne ghar se paise lgau aapke lie" also he won't let you finish the sentence.no strict action was taken by manager. I won't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and time and go to some other salon

Extremely disappointed with the experience at Looks Salon, Rourkela. The staff is not customer-centric at all. They misbehaved with my mother and treated her rudely, showing no basic courtesy. Instead of addressing her concerns, one of the employees made a mockery of herself with her behavior. I expected professionalism but witnessed arrogance.

Have a wonderful experience. The manager was lovely and helpful. Nice head massage and hairstylists are best in town.

Visited Looks Salon Rourkela and was shocked by how indifferent the staff was. It's clear they are not trained to handle clients with care or respect. There's no customer-centric culture here--just cold, transactional behavior. Disappointing.

Pl avoid to visit this salon.They have Very unprofessional style of working .booked more than one week in advance for hair coloring but on arrival they started arguing and tried to cheat us by demanding double amount over and above for booked services. started argument with us. They don't have a little bit respect for ladies.

Really happy with my recent visit to Looks Salon. The talented stylists here transformed my hair into a work of art! What I loved more is the attention to detail and the personalized service I received. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch hair Colour.

Went for a haircut ended up staying for a pedicure and head massage too. Definitely the most professional and luxurious salon experience I have had in Rourkela. Super friendly staff. Loved the overall experience. Cheers!!
