I went for a pedicure at Naturals and had a great experience. The staff members were courteous, friendly, and very helpful, making the visit pleasant from start to finish. The cleanliness of the space was also impressive, adding to the overall comfort. I was attended by Vicky, who is truly skilled at what he does. He performed the pedicure with great professionalism and precision, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. His expertise and attention to detail were exceptional--I could tell he has magic in his hands! Absolutely loved it and would definitely visit again. Another staff member, Harry Thapa, was also a pleasure to talk to--very polite and friendly, adding to the warm atmosphere of the place. A bonus point--they serve very tasty tea! It's made fresh on-site, which is a delightful touch and enhances the overall experience. However, one major concern for the management is the lack of sufficient staff. Upon arrival, we had to wait for 45 minutes before our session could start. The reason given was that a previous client suddenly decided to avail additional services, which delayed our appointment. While accommodating customer requests is understandable, it should not come at the expense of others who have already booked a slot. The management seriously needs to hire more staff instead of running operations with minimal personnel to maximize profits. Customers shouldn't have to experience such long delays due to poor staffing. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the experience for future visitors.

My stylist was an absolute gem--attentive, talented, and truly passionate about their craft. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me one of the best cuts and colors I've ever had. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and completely pampered. It's bean a year I'm visiting this saloon, before basanti used to do everything for me . After she left mostly Rubina does. I came from very far more than 80km away. Mostly I'm in rush situations, doesn't have that much time for service. Today also I was in rush situations, before arrive I called and Rubina picked I told her what all I want to do, & I'm in rush too. When I reached I saw everything is ready, she is so good at time management. She did one facial also in between everything. I'm so pleased that she valued my time like that. I have seen her she didn't waste single minutes. I'm so thankful for Rubina Today. I wish she grow more

Had a nice experience... The stylist gave me much information as to which treatment should be good for me and which is not.. And the hospitality was good... Looking further for some more service according to my requirements.

Recently I have visited the salon for hair wash and threading eyebrows. Both the service was very good and most importantly the salon is hygienic. I got a relaxing head massage during the process. Staffs were really soft spoken and welcoming. Thank you Naturals for giving me a good hair day.
