I had a great experience at the salon! Elina did an amazing job cutting my hair exactly how I showed her and as I expected. It turned out great! I've also had a haircut from Shivani, the salon owner, before, and she was perfect with all her skills.

The hair dresser Sanjeev did a good job and Nisha who shampooed my hair with a gentle message gave me an wonderful experience. Thanks to the team.

Had booked appointment for hair spa for myself and my wife. The particular mentioned in the chart was some "premium spa", which we opted for. The service seemed really very poor. The staff who was involved in the job was literally very unprofessional with his spa techniques and so the products he was using. They were literally using coconut oil dipped with some water at the initial step. As we asked them about the products, they seemed very unfamiliar. The towels used were very hard and dirty. Starting from spa procedures to using dryers, felt like lack of experience within them. We also had very miserable experience during billing at desk while they were making some contacts entry in their system. Recommend the saloon/franchise owner to at least hire professionals for such management. It was our first visit and we are not intending to visit again any time soon. Definitely not recommended. Sambalpur has far better saloon services at other locations within the town.

Ambiance was good, service was also good but could have been a little better. I felt the staff, specially the guy who cut my hairs could have been a little more interactive and polished. Rs.300 for a haircut is a little over priced for a place like Sambalpur and for the quality of service provided, I personally feel it should be some where near Rs.200. Some lack in service was unavailability of hot water at the time of Shampoo & hair cutting was too slow. It would have been a good gesture had they offered coffee for the coffee maker which they already have in their Salon. Overall, result was good and I will surely give it a try again.

It was a pleasant experience, Great hair stylist, experienced and professional hair and makeup team and very friendly staff. Amazing ambiance and the products used were nice and in accordance with the need of my hair. They even suggested products for future use that indeed worked perfectly with the texture. I had my hair dyed (highlighted mahagony) and damn... it looked so damn awosome and suited my style perfectly. The owner was so friendly and very professional and knew the exact thing and look I needed and envisioned, and created with utmost precision. The price is a bit higher but I think according to the service they are providing it is not a biggie. Haven't had the opportunity to had my hair done by them yet but will edit my review after that. Will advice to try all the peeps to, go try a new look n have an amazing experience there. Edit- and it's been 3 years and it's my go to hair salon. THE BEST HAIR Dresser and I would not trust on any one else with my hair.

My first visit and it was AweSome experience @Inguz The Salon. I am amazed to see beautiful Ambience, excellent Service, Professionalism, Cleanliness, collection of products and what not all in one station. I took D tanning and trimming service today. I truly felt the change before and after. It was good learning experience, the person guided me how to take care of my skin post service and work on my daily care regime. The regular small talks by the person to understand my comfort levels and suggestions have enlightened me. I must say it is ONE OF its Kind in Sambalpur so far. Must visit when you wanted to treat yourself and your loved ones with care and surprise. Highly Recommended

The customer service is awesome... The owner is very sweet and humble .. She very well explained me about my hair type.. In a nutshell it was a great experience at Inguz..
