Hairstylists 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Professionalism 5/5 Nice welcoming. Ambience is amazing. The hairstylists/barbers are very professional and can understand what's in your head, and advises what suits you as well. They also have combo packs. Junaid was my barber and he did a wonderful job

Absolutely Disastrous Experience at McKingstown Saloon - Avoid Barber Mohnish at All Costs! I cannot express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with the service I received from Barber Mohnish at McKingstown Saloon in Karaikal yesterday (03.03.2025). From start to finish, this was hands down the worst haircut experience of my life. First, Mohnish had zero professionalism or attention to detail. He seemed completely disinterested and distracted throughout the entire process, as if he couldn't care less about his job. When I explained exactly what I wanted, he nodded along but then proceeded to do the complete opposite. It was like he wasn't even listening! The haircut itself was a complete disaster.To make matters worse, he nicked my ear not once, but TWICE, and didn't even apologize properly. Saloon incharge and co barbers acknowleged his lethargic attitude,casual behavior with me! I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to McKingstown Saloon to steer clear of Barber Mohnish. Save yourself the time, money, and embarrassment - this is not the place to go if you value your appearance or expect even a basic level of service.

The haircut was done really well....facials were also good. Just the head oil massage is kinda hard on our head.. after doing it I get a severe headache
