Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for an arm wax and ended up with burns on my arm--completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of that, my mother just wanted a simple trim, but she came out with uneven, choppy cuts that looked like a complete mess. Clearly, the staff lacks both skill and professionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I'm extremely disappointed with the services. My wife went in for an arm wax and ended up with a serious burn. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care and professionalism. On top of that, my mother-in-law asked for a simple trim appropriate for her age, but instead, she was given a short, childish haircut--on the day of a family wedding! This kind of negligence and disregard for customer requests is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their appearance and safety. 00.0% rating

Worst experience. I visited there in December 2023 first time. There was a three girls on reception desk, when i asked to them about the service, products and price . They were just chitchatting with each other and they didn't even know what is the meaning of professionalism. I spent 15mins. On the reception and one of the girl answered in 2 words about the service.

Lack of supervision I would say. No customer service at all. Looks like nobody like their job.

i would have give the zero star rating but its the option. one of the worst service i've ever received in my life staff is really mean to new coustomers and gives a preference to their known coustomers and ignore the other who was sitting their for ages i expected to much form franchise like that but zoog your staf from ajnala brach is running your name and brand image i personally will never ever recommended this place to anyone
