I had the most amazing experience at this salon, I visited them a couple of times within the past month and every time their customer service was exceptional I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. I had a bad experience with my hair in a different place luckily Naman helped me achieve the end result I wanted for my hair I will definitely come back

I recently had the pleasure of getting dolled up along with my sister for her Shagun and Wedding ceremonies, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The team did a fabulous job, making my sister look absolutely stunning for her special day. They also made sure I looked exactly as I had envisioned! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to deliver services just as promised. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a flawless, personalised experience!

No regard for client's needs - No accountability for poor services - would constantly try and upsell - disrespectful and arrogant to paying customers - the owner considers their "institution" above a paying client - zero stars for customer satisfaction - They're running a bridal mafia: Take their way or the highway - DO NOT fall for the sweet trap - so happy to have spent my money elsewhere

Unprofessional and rude. The receptionist is so rude and lacks basic manners. The staff too isn't any better. Poor customer service . Never coming back again.

The services were good. The receptionist is not professional at all. I had called for appointment and she said you can come. But when I reached there, she said there was no appointment under my name, and I had to wait. I had experienced this before too. After the haircut, when I had to pay, first of all, she refused online payment and asked for cash. She asked me to pay GST extra if I wanted to make online payment (which was ok) and I paid for it. But when I asked for the bill, she said we don't give bill. Highly unprofessional receptionist and this was not at all expected.

They are very unprofessional. When we were trying to pay through gpay due to some connection we tried again and afte few months we got to know that 4000 was paid twice but they did not return any money. Once also we got blowdry done and the receptionist who is very weird and rude said she needs cash if u want to pay online then extra 150 would be charged (gst amount as she said) would not preffer going to this salon

Amazing services. I got my engagement and bridal makeup done from here. Vidhi, the owner and makeup artist is very polite, experienced artist. She knows very well which look will actually suit you and how to enhance your features. Her staff is very helpful and really good at whatever they do. I highly recommend this place to every bride who wants to look best on her D-day.
