She listened carefully to what I want and skillfully do it on my nails everytime........ The result was flawless--natural, vibrant, and exactly what I had hoped for. Beyond their incredible talent, Ravi bhaiya nd Simran dear was kind, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The absolute Best. 5 stars!! I am visiting from New York, USA. I am impressed by the precision and professionalism of this salon. Ravi my hair stylist made the impossible possible for me. He is the absolute best, highly recommended. I am allergic to hair color PPD. I have been using Mendhi for years and I started feeling horrible about the orangish red deposits in my hair. Ravi gave me the idea of doing balayage where the color would not touch my scalp but still give me the look I've been missing. He started with a patch test on my hair and brought me back for the process. I was super nervous but he made sure to take all the precautions so that I was safe during the process. I am thrilled by the results. Thank you Ravi and Geetanjali for this wonderful experience. I will surely be back soon

I got ready for my college function. I was really apprehensive about the make up. I didn't want a lot. I am really really happu that Kamal understood all my needs and did a really nice job with make up. I am highly satisfied. For hair , Mahima did a decent job as well. She knew what would suit my hair and go with my face structure. Overall , I am very much content with the services provided by this salon to help me get ready. It is highly recommended.

Really disappointed as the wash was fine but came for a messy pony (easiest hairstyle) but the stylist Mahima (very very bad) was very overconfident with zero skills to style and having the audacity to say that the reference picture has filter !!!! She always had an excuse for any mistake I pointed out as she had nothing else but them to support the blunder she made. They really need better skilled, comprehensive and effective professionals in this category for sure.

What an absolute sham! I went in for a body massage expecting a professional experience, but it turned into a nightmare. The masseuse who initially consulted me apparently felt sick, and instead of communicating this, they sent a random guy with oil who clearly had no knowledge of massage and couldn't even answer basic questions. For 3000 bucks, you'd expect a certified therapist--not some amateur they seemed to have pulled off the street just to make a quick buck. After waiting around for 15 minutes and dealing with this unprofessional mess, I decided to cancel. I spoke with the manager, Poonam, and insisted on speaking to the owner. When the owner, Mrs. Mehra, was called, instead of addressing and apologizing for the situation, she seemed completely indifferent. Shockingly, she was even pushing the sick masseuse to perform the massage! This speaks volumes about the owner's lack of professionalism and the overall integrity of this place. If you value your time, money, and health, do yourself a favor and AVOID this spa at all costs!
