I visited this salon for a package deal which included 5 treatments, my experience was both positive and negative. Let's start with the positives :) The salon was beautifully presented, interior was really nice and it was clean. Vicky was lovely, greeted me with a smile and very confident in haircutting and styling, I really liked him he did a great job, made me feel comfortable and made sure I was satisfied with end result, so big thanks to Vicky as he was my highlight of my day! Now....Negatives, soon as we entered there was a power cut, during my stay in the salon (4 hours) salon encountered 6 power cuts in which lasted about a minute each time! In my opinion as a salon if you know on the day this issue is occuring it's important to talk to the clients openly about it especially the ones who do not live in India and do not know this is the norm, also ask the client if they would like to rebook or compensate them with a treatment or discount due to the inconvenience but again on my visit the staff didn't speak about this power cut situation until I asked about it and I was told my manager that it's not thier fault and this is India it happens regularly and there's not much they can do about it. Whilst in my facial treatment due to the power cut issue the machines turned off and we were left in total darkness, this was very uncomfortable. During my Aroma facial treatment 2 times a lady came into the room I was having my treatment, she didn't knock, she was speaking very loud, yet I was told by my therapist Jess to relax and enjoy my treatment but in reality it was far from relaxing. I was not fully dressed and I found this to be very unprofessional and mentioned to Jess the therapist who then locked the door. During my facial there was also no relaxing/ calming music to make me unwind and throughout I could hear loud bhangra music from the outside, again pretty hard to relax in atmosphere like that don't you think?! No gloves were used during facial, mani or pedicure services,which I am usto but maybe that's how they operate here. I was recommended a different facial to the one I chose apparently due to my skin type at a additional cost and when I refused it not sure if the therapist was very happy about it, it made me feel a bit judged which I didn't like. Aroma facial included a steam and I was told by Jess she wasn't planning to steam during but again I insisted and then in the end she did do it and spent extra time to complete treatment. At the end when I went to make payment and I asked a few questions about other treatments I was quoted much higher prices by the manger which didn't make sense and was a bit of a put off. This is my honest review on the salon, I was planning on revisting but still in two minds due to the negatives I personally experiend during my visit to this salon. Christina Ansal

We came from Malaysia, and this is our first time in amritsar. We decided to visit legal luxury saloon to chill down after a long day. We were welcome by a great set of staff. We decided to take some facial, manicure and pedicure. It was out first experience and it was an awesome one. We will definitely come again on next visit here. The staff was very friendly and cater us to our need. The staff name was Jess, vikram and riya. Throughout the visit, manager miss Radhika always check on us and ensure we were given a good experience and service. Miss Radhika was friendly and definitely a right person for the manager position. The best part was we were free chai and coffee. we will definitely recommend this saloon to our friend.

As a guy, visiting salons and deciding fir services was a tough Choice but u lt was made east and turned out to be the best choice at Legal Unisex Salon, Very well manged by CEO Ms.Khushboo. Really very well behaved well communicating well informed, very keen with there work and duties. Highly Recommendable!!

Service was nice but it was little slow. (2 employees were sick, understandable) as someone who never gets anything done, facial and pedicure was relaxing.

I think this is the best salon in town . The staff was very polite. Karan dud the pedicure really well. I am highly satisfied.

I got my mom's hair botox done from there and in 2-3 days there were visible bends in lengths.

Excellent services the staff is well expert and polite . The service and environment here is best then other salons
