Staff was unprofessional... N they don't know a simple cut like deep U Cut... The staff cut the hairs without sectioning and as per the staff the cut was done ... They don't know the basic difference between U and Deep U... The staff is using trimmer for a female hair cut n in the meanwhile the director even after knowing the situation was enjoying her spa as if the client was a fool n ll go home unsatisfied

Booked for my sister's wedding at Western Merrion We were 4 people, I was satisfied with my cousin's makeup which was done by a guy but mine was not upto the mark. My makeup was done by someone else from their staff. The worst part was none of their staff members knew how to drape a saree and me and my mom had to manage on our own. This was definitely not worth spending 10000 Rs on 4 people.

So rude and unprofessional staff.... they dont have etiquette how to speak with the client.. I have called there and one of there lady staff had picked up...who called herself salon manager....she was very rude and totally unprofessional....instead of listing to me and anticipating my problem....she keep on arguement with me...and when I had replied why you being so rude with me...she answered who r you...why should I being rude with you...are you my enemy.... after that she had realized that why i was annoyed....even after get to know that it was their fault and she was arguing for no reason...she didn't apologies and try to clear herself...and keep on arguing....and disconnected the call before I had finished......I called her again and told her that you should have wait till then I dont completed...she had replied are you out of your mind how can she speak like this...I have never meet up with such kind of unprofessional and manner less staff....I have never recommend anybudy to go at such kind of place and deal with such kind of staff.....very very very bad experience....

Worst salon ... Carlesss staffff will nt recomend this ...

I visited London beauty centre last week. Superb staff with quick service. Talented staff who give proper hair cut as it suits the customer's personality.

Dear London Beauty Centre, Why have you added my images without my consent. This is a serious offence and invasion of my privacy. I would like these images removed immediately and a written statement why you have added these images without my consent. If these are not removed within the next 24 hours I will be taking legal course against your company and expect compensation for this. Very unprofessional..Stay away from them

I have never seen this kind of staff and behavior of any salon.They are totally unprofessional.I have booked an appointment with them for Saturday and at the last moment the cancel it and not even informed me i called them and they said no one is available as its Saturday.Girl on reception confirm with her Mam name is Harpreet.I will never recommend your salon to anyone.

Bekaar institute they don't know how to manage nd especially manager of batala institute is completely rubbish She don't know how to deal with clients....
