Review for Shivani's She and She Beauty Parlour I recently had a disappointing experience with Shivani's She and She. We had to cancel our booking, but unfortunately, no refund or credit was provided. While the employee I spoke with was polite and understanding, the employer was quite rude and dismissive. She insisted that our reason for cancellation was irrelevant, which I found unprofessional. Regardless of the reason, as a customer, I believe it's not the employer's place to judge or question the cancellation. The way she handled the situation left me feeling very frustrated and undervalued. If you are planning to book with them, I would advise being cautious. The service during the booking might seem fine, but the lack of flexibility and poor customer service from the employer could lead to a negative experience. Disappointed and unlikely to return.

Their services are really good and they keeps everything well-organized and clean . The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. They greet me with happy faces all the time. Love to be their customer fully satisfied

Just loved my subtle look for my marriage function

The worst makeup I ever had.... Literally, the owner (Shivani) has spoiled my look on my sister'S wedding.....The makeup was so cakey and my lipstick was chapped within 1 hour... She has made my eyebrows look so fake ... that it made me feel like I am wearing dark black colour on my eyebrows... Talking about the prices, it is really astonishing... like if uh want a fake, pathetic makeup, you have to pay so much.... she has finished my makeup in just 15 minutes and have not even allowed me to see my look meanwhile...... her junior staff was also sooo rude that I told one of the girl to have my prefernce in hairstyle but she insisted me that it will not look good.... wht that means..? if a person want a hairstyle according to her own wish ... whts their problem then...? Still i was stick that i want tht hairstyle only but then also she made some else hairstyle according to her own wish and when i told her that i have not said this... thn she said now I cannot change it... ! wht the___ you are doing man! if uh cant fulfill a customer's need then wht uh guys are doing over here..? Highly unprofessional and unethical condut...
