VLCC BEAUTY CLINIC

I recently visited VLCC for a botox treatment and was initially pleased with the service. However, I encountered an issue with the promised inclusions in the package. I was informed by the staff that the first wash after the procedure was included in the package, and only the second wash would require an additional payment. However, upon completing my first wash, I was unexpectedly charged 1250, contradicting the earlier assurance given by their staff. This inconsistency in communication led to disappointment and frustration. Clear and transparent pricing is essential in maintaining customer trust, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of that expectation. I hope VLCC takes this feedback seriously and ensures better communication with customers in the future.

A nice place to pamper yourself with amazing range of beauty treatments facials, dermat services. Dr Poonam is an outstanding doctor for all kind of dermat solution, a friend has come for botox & thread lift in his face, saw these procedures being executed for the first time. And the precision with which she did it was outstanding. My friend had been visiting this place n this was his 2nd treatment. Though we r not allowed but I requested so she allowed and explained me everything whole doing it as if I was an intern. Thanks Dr Poonam.

I went there first time and it was the bad experience for a me They charged the more price if someone is new and for threading and upper lips 240 which is higher .not acceptable
