Best pedicure I ever had by beautiful girl Harjinderand Hair treatment by Lucky 10/10

The most unprofessional and egoistic people I have seen. I booked a hairstylist for 3000 plus travel expenses of 2000 after sharing my live location. They called me 6 hours before my appointment and informed me that they cannot make it as there was confusion for location. I was ready to pay extra charges for travel But they cancelled my appointment at night and switched off their phones. The girl was very egoistic and did not listen to any requests .

DONT GO BEHIND FAKE REVIEWS Please don't visit this salon I will never recommend anybody to visit grace salon . I went for my engagement makeup which was done by Dolly . Before booking an appointment i already mentioned that i am allergic to Iron . I got facial services two day before my engagement makeup. Honestly, on my engagement day i got allergy on my face . My skin started peeling off . They used very harsh products while doing facial when i told staff that my skin is burning she said it will and no need to worry. Dolly did horrible make up she made my eyebrows so big . That i was looking so weird. When i told dolly to fix my eyebrows she was not listening and said it will look good in pictures. But in reality i was not looking good . Horrible experience with dolly . Second mistake i did when i went for keratin treatment. They did not mentioned anything before starting keratin treatments. They use very cheap quality products for keratin. Which cost 2000inr and they charge 4500 inr for keratin treatments. Two staff started doing blow drying at same time . My eyes , throat and nose started burning. I was suffocating and was unable to breathe. I told them to stop and went outside their salon to take fresh air . When i came inside, their staff sitting at the reception was laughing at me ( so unprofessional) . I said why you didn't mentioned me earlier that this is what i have to go through. Seriously no instructions before starting the procedure. They just gave me mask and said you have to wear this that's it . Did not mentioned anything. Please don't visit at this salon . If you really care about yourself . You said little smell omg that was little smell plz just god sake don't lie . Your whole salon was filled with that acidic smell even your staff was unable to stand there . My question is why you didn't not mentioned all the things before starting the procedure to me . Secondly, your unprofessional staff was not smiling she was laughing while sitting at the reception. Who said that i was satisfied and on what basis you are saying that this is a fake review. I can attach bills to show that i have taken services from you . First start accepting your mistakes and improve your work and then talk bullshit things here

I had an amazing experience at Grace Salon Barnala ! Their team worked wonders, making me feel bright and confident. The attention to detail, expert styling, and welcoming ambiance truly stood out. On November 4th, I had my facial done by Khushi, and it was an excellent experience. She was incredibly humble and made me feel very relaxed afterward. I also appreciated that she didn't pressure me into opting for a more expensive facial.
