Greek Salon (Hair Matters A Family Salon)

Today, I visited this salon based on a recommendation from a friend hoping for a simple hair trim. The stylist who claimed to have five years of experience and was a Dubai returnee. However, after the trim, I quickly understood why he had returned from Dubai. The final result was far from what I expected. Instead of apologizing for the disappointing outcome, he tried to convince me that it looked fine. To make matters worse he shortened the length of my hair further without even consulting me. This has been the worst salon experience I've ever had. Please exercise caution before trusting this salon. I will never return and strongly suggest employing staff who are better equipped to handle customer concerns.

Today, I visited salon to get service like eyebrows. It is very basic service as we know. But am very disappointed to have this service. Instead of apologizing, she is trying to convince me that it is fine. She told that she had experience of 6 years but as she was working, she looks as she is trainee. The services that the staff provides proves that u will not come again. As she removes the hairs completely from the one eyebrow and brodens the other, who can do this even having experience of 6 years. One more the another staff member came and suggest me that u can use this or this so ur growth of eyebrow will come faster. Very unsatisfactory service that she provided.

I really really fab experience at the Greek saloon hair matters.i am extremely satisfied.Rate are very reasonable ,the whole staff is very professional nd well trained .they work hard on each customer to provide the desired results.totally recommend it.
